Socio-Economic Development |
| This element refers, according to an enterprise's contributions to society and community that are external to its regular business activities. These contributions, monetary or non-monetary, include interventions with regards to developmental programmes, health, education and training, environmental management, arts and culture as well as sport development. Apart from this, SED adds to the corporate image of the business labeling it to be a responsible and caring entity in South Africa, making an unselfish contribution towards the development of disadvantaged individuals and groups.
