| The Management and Control element refers to an enterprise’s contribution in meeting targets for participation of Black Employees and Black women at Board and Top Management level. The Generic scorecard measures voting rights by Black Board Members, Black executive and Black women executive Board members, as well as Black Senior and Other Top management and Black women Senior and Other Top management. Bonus points are awarded for Black non-executive independent Board Members. The QSE scorecard measures the Black Top-manager participation and gives bonus points for Black women representation on Top-Management. |
