Key Positions

The managing director of BEE2Business, Mr. Louis McLaren, is an accounting sciences graduate and a fellow of the Financial Planning Institute of South Africa. In 2005 he was elected to the national governing body of the Afrikaanse Handels Instituut (AHI). He then became the AHI’s national representative on BEE matters at Business Unity South Africa (BUSA) task to prepare final comments on the BEE Codes to government.

Mr Bernd Feucht, the operational director of BEE2Business is a qualified Industrial Engineer with 8 year experience in the international arena of the highly automated automotive industry. Amongst others he managed a mini-factory for Bosch in Germany and he is a specialist in process re-engineering, strategic planning and enterprise development.

Ms. Rochelle Blaauw, is the nominate director of the Business for Empowerment Trust. She has extensive knowledge on Employment Equity and Skills Development in the context of broad-based BEE and the implementation thereof in the workplace. She is also a member of the Association for Skills Development Facilitators in South Africa (ASDFSA) in Gauteng and a registered Skills Development Practitioner.
